Kendra Rhoden, M.S., CPRP, HS-BCP
Kendra Rhoden is an accomplished Human Services professional with over a decade of experience in behavioral health management, disability services, and community support coordination. She holds a Master of Science in Human Services Management from McDaniel College and multiple certifications, including Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) and Human Services–Board Certified Practitioner (HS-BCP).
Throughout her career, Kendra has excelled in leadership and case management roles across both nonprofit and state-contracted agencies, including ComForCare, Optimal Healthcare, and Target Community and Educational Services. Her expertise spans developmental disability services, behavioral health intervention, program coordination, and staff management.
Kendra is highly skilled in client advocacy, service planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with proficiency in systems such as LTSS and PCIS2. She combines compassion, strategic oversight, and a strong understanding of human development to empower individuals toward independence and improved quality of life.
